SWAGATH HOLIDAY RESORT

With the opening of Swagath Holiday Resort in the internationally renowned Kovalam Beach, PRS formally announced its intentions of getting into the tourism field. The group constructed this property in 1994 with 18 rooms and later increased the inventory to 28. Located at the start of Hawa Beach in Kovalam, Swagath is one of the oldest resorts here. All the 28 cozy rooms have amenities like 24 hr hot and cold water, safe deposit locker, refrigerator, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, STD/ISD dialling, swimming pool, and conference hall that can accommodate 200 guests.
